The CISG online collection of case data and other materials on the CISG

The "CISG online" Project is maintained by the Institute of Foreign and International Private Law (Dept. 1) at the University of Freiburg, Germany. The Director of this Institute is Prof. Peter Schlechtriem. CISG online provides texts, articles, bibliographic references and an enormous collection of German cases on the CISG -- the largest collection of full texts of such cases available from any source.

A unique service CISG online has commenced is Case Overviews in English with a key issue "button" that enables researchers fluent in the language of the case to click directly to the paragraphs of the court's opinion dealing with each key issue of the case identified by CISG online.
