CISG database support provided by Pilar Perales Viscasillas
MĒ del Pilar Perales Viscasillas received her Doctorate of Law from Universidad Carlos III of Madrid in 1996. She studied Law at Universidad Autonoma of Madrid (1986-1991), has been a visiting scholar at Columbia University (1997), and has published a number of articles in Spanish and English. Her book Formación del contrato de compraventa internacional de mercaderías (Formation of Contracts under the CISG), Valencia: Tirant lo blanch, was published in 1996. She is a member of the staff of the Faculty of Law of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has served as Adjunct Professor of Law at Pace University School of Law. Prof. Perales is editor of the CISG-Spain and Latin America database of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
