Viewing and print-out instructions

To access a Polish text on your computer screen, adjustments may be required to obtain a proper viewing and print-out of the text.

As an example of the manner in which to proceed in instances in which your computer is set for "Western (Latin I)" texts:

Step One

  • If you are using Netscape 4.0 or higher, go to the 'view" menu; click on "character set". Choose "Central European font (ISO-8859-2)".

  • If you are using Netscape 3.0 or lower, go to the "options" menu; click on "document encoding". Choose "Central European font (ISO-8859-2)".

    Step Two

  • To thereafter return to "Western (Latin I)" texts, you should re-adjust your computer for this.

Systems other than Netscape will require similar adjustments.
