Editorial comments
CISG article 66 commences "Loss of or damage to" rather than "Loss or
damage to".  Other than that, CISG article 66 and 1978 Draft article 78 are
identical.  The Secretariat Commentary on 1978 Draft article 78 should
therefore be relevant to the interpretation of CISG article 66.
