Editorial comments
CISG article 30 and 1978 Draft aticle 28 are identical except for the
phrase "relating to them" rather than "relating thereto".  The 
Secretariat Commentary on 1978 Draft article 28 should therefore be 
relevant to the interpretation of CISG article 30.
