Editorial comments
CISG article 15 and 1978 Draft article 13 are identical except that
paragraph (2) of CISG article 15 makes its point in one sentence rather
than two.  The Secretariat Commentary on 1978 Draft article 13 should
therefore be relevant to the interpretation of CISG article 15.
