Editorial comments

CISG article 11 and 1978 Draft article 10 are identical except that CISG article 11 refers to "any other requirement" rather than "any other requirements". The Secretariat Commentary on 1978 Draft article 10 should therefore be relevant to the interpretation of CISG article 11.
