UNCITRAL has identified relevant cases in Digests containing case annotations for each article of the CISG. For Art. 99, the 2012 UNCITRAL Digest reports six cases: two cases from Greece and one each from Austria, Germany, Italy and the ICC. The citations to these cases (each preceded by an asterisk) along with other Article 99 cases are listed below in chronological sequence, commencing with the most recent.
