UNCITRAL Digest cases for Article 95 plus added cases for this Article

UNCITRAL has identified relevant cases in Digests containing case annotations for each article of the CISG. For Art. 95, the 2012 UNCITRAL Digest reports seven cases: one from Japan and two each from China, Germany and the United States. The citations to these cases (each preceded by an asterisk) along with other Article 95 cases are listed below in chronological sequence, commencing with the most recent.
