UNCITRAL Digest cases for Article 90 plus added cases for this Article

UNCITRAL has identified relevant cases in Digests containing case annotations for each article of the CISG. For Art. 90, the 2012 UNCITRAL Digest reports seven cases: five cases from Russia, one each from Belgium and Italy.
