UNCITRAL Digest cases for Article 43 plus added cases for this Article

UNCITRAL has identified relevant cases in Digests containing case annotations for each article of the CISG. For Art. 43, the 2012 UNCITRAL Digest reports four cases: three cases from Germany and one from Austria. All cases are listed in chronological sequence, commencing with the most recent. Asterisks identify the cases cited in the 2012 UNCITRAL Digest, commencing with the 21 March 2007 citation reported below.
