Registration for the Ninth Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is accomplished by submission of this form by fax or mail to Professor Eric E. Bergsten at address below. To be registered prior to the distribution of the problem, registration must be received by October 4, 2001. Later registrations will be accepted until December 1, 2001. Late registrants are held to be aware of the contents of all messages sent to team contact persons subsequent to the distribution of the problem on October 5, 2001.

Registration fee:

US$500 by check payable to Pace University drawn on US branch of a bank, or
Euro 550 by bank transfer to Bank Austria, routing code 20151, account of "Eric Bergsten Vis Moot", account number 790 080 014. The transfer must also indicate the name of your university as the transferor for your university to be given credit for having paid the registration fee.
