Provisional registration for the Fourteenth Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is accomplished by submission of this form preferably by e-mail attachment or by fax or post to Professor Eric E. Bergsten at the address below. It is recommended that the registration form be submitted by October 5, 2006, the day prior to the distribution of the Problem on October 6, 2006. Registrations will be accepted until December 1, 2006. However, there will have been messages sent to all registered subsequent to the distribution of the Problem and registrants subsequent to that date are held to be aware of their contents.

An e-mail address to which communications about the administration of the Moot can be sent must be given. The account must be able to accept messages with attachments of up to two megabytes.
Registration fee of € 600 payable by bank transfer to Bank Austria, BLZ 12000, BIC (BKAUATWW), account of "Eric Bergsten Vis Moot", account number 790 080 014, IBAN (AT 97 1200 0007 9008 0014). All transfer fees must be paid by the transferor. The transfer must indicate the name of your university as the transferor for your university to be given credit for having paid the registration fee.
Alternatively, US$800 by check payable to Pace University drawn on US branch of a bank.
