Registration for the Twelfth Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot is accomplished by submission of this form by fax, mail or e-mail attachment to Professor Eric E. Bergsten at address below. It is recommended that the registration form be submitted by September 30, 2004, the day prior to the distribution of the Problem on October 1, 2004. Registrations will be accepted until December 3, 2004. However, there will have been messages sent to all registered subsequent to the distribution of the Problem and registrants subsequent to that date are held to be aware of their contents.

Registration fee:
US$600 by check payable to Pace University drawn on US branch of a bank or by bank transfer to Bank Austria, BLZ (12000), BIC (BKAUATWW), account of "Eric Bergsten Vis Moot", account number 790 080 014, IBAN (AT 97 1200 0007 9008 0014). Alternatively, registration fee of € 500 payable to above bank account. All transfer fees must be paid by the transferor. The transfer must indicate the name of your university as the transferor for your university to be given credit for having paid the registration fee.
