PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EIGHTEENTH MOOT

The deadline for payment of the registration fee is 26 November 2010. The registration fee of €600 is payable by bank transfer to Bank Austria, International Bank Code (BIC)(Swift Code) BKAUATWW, account of "Verein Vis Moot", international account number (IBAN) AT73 1200 0515 8917 5901. The account was opened at the Bank Austria branch at Schottengasse 11, A-1010 Vienna.

All transfer fees must be paid by the transferor. Bank Austria charges €14.50 for international transfers arriving from outside the European Union. A transfer from a non-EU country that arrives through a correspondent bank in the EU is not charged the fee by Bank Austria, though there may be fees charged by the correspondent bank. Any amount less than €600 credited to the account will be collected in cash at the oral arguments.

The official name of the organizer of the Moot is the <Verein zur Ausrichtung und Förderung des Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot>. The Verein is registered at Schimmelgasse 16/16, A-1030 Vienna, Austria. It is a non-profit entity organized under Austrian law.

NOTE: The transfer must indicate the name of your university as the originator for your university to be given credit for having paid the registration fee.
