I accept the invitation to participate as an arbitrator in the Tenth Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, to be held in Vienna, Austria from 11-17 April 2003.
If there are times you would prefer not to hear arguments, please cross out. Team professors and coaches will not be scheduled when their teams are arguing or to hear teams their team is scheduled to argue against. The schedule for the arbitrators will be prepared about 1 March 2003. Please inform Professor Bergsten of any changes in availability before then if at all possible.

p I would like to participate in the evaluation of 4 memoranda for claimant and for respondent. Claimants’ memoranda will be sent by e-mail by 18 December 2002. They will be sent by mail/courier to those not receiving by e-mail as soon after as possible. Evaluations will be needed by 22 January 2003. Respondents’ memoranda will be sent by e-mail by 14 February 2003 and by mail/courier as soon thereafter as possible. Evaluations will be needed by 6 March 2003.
