Declarations and reservations: A declaration has been filed:

"The Government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines declares that Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will not be bound by subparagraph 1(b) of Article 1 of the Convention."

Comments: This authorized Article 95 declaration restricts the role of private international law in determining the application of the Convention when both contracting parties do not have their relevant places of business in Contracting States.
