Historical data: Slovenia became a State on 25 June 1991. Prior thereto Slovenia had been a part of Yugoslavia, which had previously adopted the CISG. On 7 January 1994, Slovenia filed a declaration of succession making the CISG retroactively applicable to it effective the date indicated.
