Historical data: Bosnia-Herzegovina became a State on 6 March 1992. Prior thereto Bosnia-Herzegovina had been a part of Yugoslavia, which had previously adopted the CISG. On 12 January 1994, Bosnia-Herzegovina filed a declaration of succession making the CISG retroactively applicable to it effective the date indicated.
