The International Law Project ('ILP') is a partnership between the Willem C. Vis International
Commercial Arbitration Moot's Moot Alumni Association ('MAA'), the Institute of International
Law at Pace University School of Law and UNCITRAL. Part of the ILP's work involves assisting
UNCITRAL in preparing case abstracts for publication in UNCITRAL's publication of Case Law
on UNCITRAL Texts ('CLOUT'). Authors of CLOUT abstracts are recognised by UNCITRAL
in the CLOUT publication.
The ILP is currently looking for assistance in abstracting CISG case law for future publication in
CLOUT. The ILP would welcome contact in particular from current or former Vis Moot
participants (or anyone otherwise connected with the Moot) who would be interested in assisting
the ILP with its abstracting work.
